1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Connect Pulse ("the Platform"), a product of IISOL (Pvt.) Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Connect Pulse provides a multi-channel digital communication platform that enables users to send and manage:
- Bulk SMS and personalized SMS campaigns
- OTP (One-Time Password) SMS messages
- WhatsApp Business messages and campaigns
- Voice calls and robocall campaigns
- Email marketing campaigns
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without prior authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or messages without proper consent from recipients.
- Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations including Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations.
- Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive messages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services.
- Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization.
5. SMS Units and Credits
- Services are provided on a prepaid credit (units) basis.
- Units are non-refundable and non-transferable except through authorized platform features.
- Unit pricing may vary based on message type, destination, and service provider.
- We reserve the right to adjust unit pricing with prior notice.
6. API Usage
- API access is subject to rate limiting (60 requests per minute per IP).
- API keys must be kept confidential and not shared with unauthorized parties.
- IP whitelisting is required for API access and must be configured through the Platform.
- We reserve the right to suspend API access in case of abuse or policy violations.
7. Message Content and Masking
- All SMS masking (sender IDs) must be registered and approved through our masking request process.
- Message content must comply with PTA regulations and local laws.
- We reserve the right to filter, block, or reject messages that violate our content policies.
- Bad keywords and restricted content will be automatically flagged or blocked.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Message delivery failures caused by third-party service providers or network operators.
- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
- You may request account termination by contacting our support team.
- Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable.
- Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
Connect Pulse and IISOL (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
